Cancellation and Refund Policies

Psychic Readings

We do our utmost to serve you and exceed expectations. This is our approach with every client.

Refunds

Once you have had your Reading, the cost of the Reading will not be refunded.

Reschedule appointment

To reschedule your Reading appointment, please make an email request and we will happily identify another time that can work for you.

Failure to appear or pick up your telephone at your designated appointment time is considered a no-show which will result in the forfeiture of your fee. No exceptions.

Cancellation

To cancel a Reading appointment please submit an email. Once a Reading appointment has been confirmed and paid for, cancellation fees are as follows:

  • cancellation request is received 24 – 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment – 20%
  • cancellation request is received 12 – 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment – 50%
  • cancellation request is received within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment – 100%

Please understand that there are a limited number of Readings Wagih can do each week. The time allotted for your appointment is set aside just for you. Our daily schedule includes clients from a variety of time zones which limits our ability to accommodate last minute bookings and changes.

Cleansing

We do our utmost to serve you and exceed expectations. This is our approach with every client.

 

In Person (face to face) clients

Reschedule appointment

To reschedule your Cleansing appointment, please make an email request or call and we will happily identify another time that can work for you.

Cancellation

To cancel a face to face Cleansing please call or email us.

Refunds

Once you have had your Cleansing, the cost of the Cleansing will not be refunded.

 

ALL other clients, including international (non face to face)

Cancellation

To cancel a Cleansing please submit an email or call. Once a Cleansing has been confirmed and paid for, cancellation fees are as follows:

  • cancellation request is received 24+ hours after receipt of the information requested from you subsequent to your booking and payment – 50%
  • cancellation request is received subsequent to posting of Cleansing materials – 100%

Please note that due to the nature of the work we do and the timeframe required to prepare custom made Cleansing materials for you, there is only a very small window subsequent to receipt of your information before ingredients are combined and time is invested into your Cleansing. This is why we are unable to offer more flexibility with our cancellation request policy.

Refunds

If you followed the Cleansing instructions EXACTLY as advised and you do not feel any changes within 48-72 hours of doing your Cleansing, your work will be redone and another portion will be sent to you. A $25 postage and handling fee will be levied.

Protection

Cancellation

To cancel a Protection that you have paid for, please submit an email. Please note that once a Protection has been confirmed and paid for, cancellation fees are as follows:

  • cancellation request is received 24+ hours after receipt of the information requested from you subsequent to your booking and payment – 50%
  • cancellation request is received subsequent to posting of your personalized Protection – 100%

Please note that due to the nature of the work we do and the timeframe required to prepare a specific Protection for you, together with combining a personalized selection of imported Egyptian ingredients needed for you, there is only a very small window subsequent to receipt of your information before ingredients are combined and time is invested into your Protection. This is why we are unable to offer more flexibility with our cancellation request policy.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds subsequent to posting of your Protection.

We do not anticipate that this will be the case but if within two days of receiving your Protection and following the instructions EXACTLY as advised, you do not feel that your Protection has worked as expected, please email as soon as possible.

We will look further into your situation to understand why your Protection may not be working. If necessary we will work on your Protection further and advise you of this. If within 3 days of our confirmation of our additional work you do not see results and you are not happy, another Protection will be issued and posted to you free of charge.

Talisman

Once you have submitted your concerns to us, we work out what the best Talisman is to suit your circumstances. We will then contact you either by email or phone to let you know what Talisman you require, together with anything additional you might need to send us that needs to be incorporated into it.

Cancellation

To cancel a Talisman that you have paid for, please submit an email. Once a Talisman has been confirmed and paid for, cancellation fees are as follows:

  • cancellation request is received 24+ hours after receipt of the information requested from you subsequent to your booking and payment – 50%
  • cancellation request is received subsequent to posting of your personalized Talisman – 100%

Please note that at the time of booking and paying for your Talisman we have already spent the time to work out what is required and needs to be done and advised you accordingly. Due to the nature of the work we do and the timeframe required to prepare a specific Talisman for you, together with combining a personalized selection of imported Egyptian ingredients needed for you, there is only a very small window subsequent to receiving the requested information from you before ingredients are combined and further time is invested into your Talisman. This is why we are unable to offer more flexibility with our cancellation request policy.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds subsequent to posting of your Talisman. Please email us urgently if you followed the instructions EXACTLY as advised and you do not feel that your Talisman has worked as expected. We will look further into your situation to understand why the Talisman may not be working. If necessary we will work on your case further and if within 3 days you do not see the result and you are not happy, another Talisman will be issued and posted to you free of charge.

Other Psychic Services

Once you have emailed your relationship or family concerns to us, we will confirm whether or not we are able to help you and let you know accordingly. If we can help, we will work out what the best process is to deal with your specific circumstances. We will let you know by email what needs to be done to help you resolve your problem or issue as well as the price of our work. If you would like, we can further discuss over the phone to make sure you are completely comfortable about the next steps.

Cancellation

To cancel Relationship or Family related Psychic Services work already agreed to and paid for, please submit an email. Cancellation fees subsequent to your payment are as follows:

  • cancellation request is received 24+ hours after your booking and payment – 50%
  • cancellation request is received subsequent to posting of your personalized work – 100%

Please note that at the time you book and pay for work required to help you resolve your family or relationship problem(s), we have already spent considerable time to work out exactly what needs to be done for you and advised you accordingly. Due to the nature of the work we do and the timeframe needed to be able to specifically prepare your work, together with combining your tailored selection of imported Egyptian ingredients, there is only a very small window subsequent to your booking and payment before ingredients are combined and time is spent working on helping you resolve your issue. This is why we are unable to offer more flexibility with our cancellation request policy.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds subsequent to posting of our work. Please email or call us as soon as possible if you are not satisfied with the outcome of our work. We will work with you hand in hand until you are satisfied with the outcome.
